Follow
Up After the Interview
Last but not least,
as painful as it may be
ask for honest forthright
feedback about you from
everyone involved in the
interviewing process.
Remember, if you don't
hear anything negative
about your interview you
are probably not getting
honest feedback.
Be
sure to write an e-mail
thank-you immediately
after the interview, and
follow up with a handwritten
note.
Send
a note to each of the
interviewers, thanking
them for their time and
the opportunity to interview.
Express your interest
in the position again
and remind them of your
qualifications and abilities. |
