Each
assignment is tailored to the
specific needs of the client
and the level of the position
to be filled. Generally, a search
will conform to the following
sequence of events:
Consultation
and Analysis - Meeting
the client, defining the position,
and establishing the search
parameters.
Work Program
(this is key) –
Creating
a detailed work program and
schedule showing a step-by-step
approach on how the search will
be conducted, by whom, and what
date to expect work completed.
This organizes the search and
makes us accountable.
Search Planning
and Strategy - Initiate
and execute the research and
planning of the search.
Recruiting and
Evaluation –
Identifying,
attracting and evaluating candidates
by using 20-20 Foresight skills
evaluation techniques.
Reporting -
Selecting and presenting candidates.
Also, weekly or bi-weekly formal
reporting to the client on search
and candidate status.
Coordination
- Managing
the process for optimum results. |
